Hi! I'm Heather. Bia Fit is my home away from home,

my passion, my happy place. I believe exercise should be fun, safe and challenging. You won’t come if you are not enjoying yourself. You won’t come

if you hurt yourself. You are not going to come if it’s too easy, or too hard.

Any exercise can be modified to meet your needs. Let’s work with YOUR body. What is your body feeling like today? Maybe you did extra yard work over the weekend or you ran a 10k or you had the grandkids all weekend. Maybe you spent all day in the car or at your desk. We can help with all of that. A little moving, a little stretching, maybe some low impact plyometrics? Have an old nagging injury? Let’s work with it, safely of course. I want to help you prevent future injury. 

 

My goal is to keep you moving and strong. Do what we need to do to support and enhance your life and lifestyle. I want you to be fit, healthy and confident.
